A 30 minute phone or zoom call
Once booked, we will be in communication to work out all of those fine details that might be worrying you! These 30 minutes may be broken up into smaller meetings.
For Weddings: Pre and Post ceremony serenade
Music offered as your guests arrive and find their seats as well as a short exit performance as they find their way to the cocktail hour/party room - in other words, no awkward silence!
Specially curated set-list
You may choose as many set-list songs as you wish for moments like pre & post-ceremony playing and cocktail hour.
Our detailed practice & preparation
This includes finding song requests, downloading & converting music into PDFs, creating your personalized set-list, hours of rehearsing/practicing - everything that will ensure perfection for your event!
Travel expenses
Gas, tolls, & parking are all covered in our rate.
Equipment set-up
Equipment includes speaker/mics (if needed), instruments, stands, foot pedal, etc.
Our agreed upon performance time
i.e. 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

We will ask you a few questions in order to write the contract up accurately.
Looking over your contract
You will receive a contract to be signed by both parties. This ensures that both parties are clear on the event’s date, time, location, and one another’s expectations.
Making your down payment
Please be advised that a date cannot be secured without a signed contract and a downpayment of 50%. These payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or check.
Confirm details
Once we are booked, we will schedule our 30 minute zoom call to chat about final details. If desired, this call can be broken into smaller increments of time.
